Dakar Rally 2019 in Peru

For the first time in its exciting history, the Dakar Rally 2019 takes place in only one country: Peru!
10 years after the most famous and toughest off-road rally of the world moved from Africa to the South American continent, the 2019 Dakar will run on a new loop rally-route with 10 stages and 1 rest day all within Peru from January 6 to 17, 2019.
On January 6, 2019, the 41th edition of the Dakar Rally kicks off in the Peruvian capital Lima. Over the following 11 days the vehicles, drivers and their team will be challenged by a wide range of different terrains and landscapes from which 70% is sand. After 5000 km the rally ends on January 17, 2019 in Lima.

- Stage 1 (January 7, 2019): Lima - Pisco
- Stage 2 (January 8, 2019): Pisco - San Juan de Marcona
- Stage 3 (January 9, 2019): San Juan de Marcona - Arequipa
- Stage 4 (January 10, 2019): Arequipa - Moquegua Marathon; Arequipa – Tacna Marathon
- Stage 5 (January 11, 2019): Moquegua Marathon – Arequipa; Tacna Marathon - Arequipa
- Rest Day (January 12, 2019) in Arequipa
- Stage 6 (January 13, 2019): Arequipa - San Juan de Marcona
- Stage 7 (January 14, 2019): San Juan de Marcona - San Juan de Marcona
- Stage 8 (January 15, 2019): San Juan de Marcona – Pisco
- Stage 9 (January 16, 2019): Pisco – Pisco
- Stage 10 (January 17, 2019): Pisco - Lima
