Date: Wednesday, 20 March 2019 - Saturday, 23 March 2019

After last year’s huge success, the Anima Peru, the most important event of the animation industry in Peru, returns to Lima in March.

According to Milton Guerrero, co-founder of Red Animation Studios and spokesperson of the event, the Anima Peru aims at being a platform to bring Peruvian talent to the experts who visit the event. The aim is to internationalize Peruvian productions. “Can you imagine that a director of Oscar winning films will advise animation projects of the attendees and also teach them how to turn an idea into a movie or TV success? It is a luxury and that will be possible thanks to Anima Peru”.

Organized by Red Animation Studios and supported by the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, Innóvate Peru, Wacom Peru, Grupo Compu & Vision, and Tolouse Lautrec, the Anima Peru 2019 will see representatives of the most influential and prestigious channels including Cartoon Network, Discovery Kids, JPZ Estudios, Can Can Club, Cinema Management Group, Hype Animatium estudio Brazil and Bambu as guests.

Next to networking the Anima Peru 2019 offers Peruvian professionals, amateurs and people interested in animation international conferences, workshops, presentations of new films and national TV series as well as presentation of national projects to international pros in the industry.
