The Ricardo Palma Book Fair (Feria del Libro Ricardo Palma), the oldest and most traditional literary event in Peru, returns to the Parque Kennedy in Miraflores in November celebrating its 40th edition.

Named after the famous Peruvian author and scholar Ricardo Palma the much-anticipated annual book fair brings together national and international authors and publishers, publishing universities and other companies, booksellers and readers to promote and celebrate books and reading.

The 17-day Ricardo Palma Book Fair, which is considered the second most important book fair in the country after the International Book Fair of Lima, features not only nearly 100 stands with more than 80,000 different titles, but as well offers a huge cultural program with about 250 activities such as book presentations and readings, lectures and talks, workshops, entertainment for kids, live music and much more.
