The Peruvian Bakers and Pastry Association (Aspan), the municipality of San Borja and Dulce Peru invite to the 2nd edition of the Festival del Pan y su Postrecito – the Bread and Dessert Festival - at the end of May in San Borja.

According to Aspan President Pio Pantoja visitors can taste and purchase numerous artisanal breads made from Peruvian cereals including pan chapla, pan de quinua, pan chuta, pan de 3 puntas, pan de centeno, pan rico, pan de los Incas and many more. These can be enjoyed with a good cup of organic coffee or a glass of emoliente.

Additionally, pastry chefs will offer the most delicious Peruvian sweets such as picarones, mazamorra, tres leches, crema volteada and more.
