The Argentine band Dios Salve a la Reina (God Save the Queen), the best Queen tribute-band in the history according to the Rolling Stone Magazine and the official band to promote the biographical film about the legendary British rock band  “Bohemian Rhapsody”, is coming to Lima for the first time in April.

Formed in 1998 Dios Salve a la Reina - consisting of Pablo Padin (vocals), Francisco Calgaro (guitar), Matias Albornoz (drums) and Ezequiel Tibaldo (bass) - became famous for their accurate imitation of Queen in fashion and sound. The band's stage performance, including costumes and stage presence, resembles Queen's during the 1980s.

During their 20-year career Dios Salve a la Reina performed with rock legends such as Deep Purple, Aerosmith and Franz Ferdinand and toured throughout the world paying homage to the great Freddy Mercury in front of tens of thousands of fans.

Fans in Lima can expect a 2-hour Queen tribute concert with all the great hits, Queen costumes, sounds and instruments.
