Lucuma, Maca, Maras Salt, …) listed. However, Peruvian Ceviche is the most popular and rated the best making it on the Top 100.
Ceviche, also spelled Cebiche, Seviche, Sebiche, is not only one of the most popular dishes in Peru and the pride and joy of all Peruvians, but as well Peru’s National Dish with its very own National Day. The traditional appetizer prepared with fresh fish (or other seafood) “cooked” in lime juice is a refreshing and light must-eat full of Peruvian flavor!
While there are countless places in Lima and Peru that serve excellent Ceviche, according to TasteAtlas, the best places to enjoy a typical Peruvian Ceviche are Chez Wong (Ca. Enrique León García 114, Urb. Santa Catalina, La Victoria, Lima) and La Mar (Av Mariscal La Mar 770, Miraflores, Lima)
